Teodora Andrei
Administrator
Teodora Andrei is the administrator at Aspen Manor Care Home and is responsible for all administrative tasks. She has a degree in accountancy obtained in Romania and a degree in Healthcare obtained while studying in the UK. She has over 10 years of experience in the domiciliary care sector, working as a care assistant, care supervisor, and recruitment manager. Teodora is very passionate about providing the highest standard of care and support for the residents who stay at Aspen Manor.
Sharon Almey, RGN
General Manager
Sharon Almey is the General Manager of Aspen Manor. She trained as a staff and has over 35 years of experience working within the healthcare sector, spending 20 years of that as a care home manager. She is well respected for her caring nature, empathy, and leadership skills. Sharon joined the Alysia Caring Group in 2015 and has commissioned Cherry Blossom care home in Peterborough and Grand View care home in Stamford. Outside work, Sharon loves spending time with her family and has a variety of pets including horses and dogs.
Caroline Symmonds
Receptionist
Caroline Symmonds is the receptionist at Aspen Manor Care Home and the first person any visitors will see. She has 20 years of experience doing what she enjoys most which are talking and meeting people. Caroline learned her craft at BT which has been a great asset throughout her working career. Caroline is a happy and courteous person who warms to people very easily and is always there to help people out whatever their needs may be. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, yoga, and walking.
Hayley Watson
Head of Housekeeping
Hayley is the head of housekeeping at Aspen Manor. She is responsible for keeping the entire home sparkle clean. Hayley has spent the last ten years working at a prestigious Uppingham School managing a Team of Housekeepers. She has a passion for high standards and a keen eye for detail. Her experience includes in-depth knowledge of the importance of infection prevention and control. Hayley is a confident and caring individual with a genuine interest in the welfare of others.
Marc Carnie
Head Chef
Marc is the head chef and leads the kitchen team at Aspen Manor. He enjoys providing excellent meals for our residents making it feel more like their own homes. He is renowned for his ‘Afternoon Teas’ and making meals for special occasions. Marc is always willing to learn new skills and is open to new ideas. Marc has a Level 3 qualification in food and hygiene and has a wide range of experience catering for all occasions and would like to be an executive chef one day. Marc’s other passions are football and playing cards.
