Martine is a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with over 20 years of experience, including 15 in management. She has dedicated her career to complex mental health and elderly community care. At Aspen Manor, Martine focuses on creating a warm, safe, and person-centred environment, ensuring residents receive dignified, respectful, and high-quality care. She supports families with compassion and guidance throughout their journey and leads a motivated team, fostering a culture of professionalism, empathy, and excellence.
Clair has been working in care for around 25 years. She began her career at the age of 18 in her hometown of Devon, working in a home for young adults with disabilities. Starting as a care assistant, Clair later moved into dementia care for the elderly—a field she grew passionate about and has remained dedicated to throughout her career. Over the years, Clair has completed a range of training courses, culminating in the achievement of NVQs in Health and Social Care with a focus on Management. She has been with Alysia Caring since Aspen Manor opened in October 2021 and thoroughly enjoys her role as Deputy Manager.
Teodora is responsible for all administrative tasks. She holds a degree in Accountancy from Romania and a degree in Healthcare obtained while studying in the UK. With over 10 years of experience in the domiciliary care sector, Teodora has held roles including care assistant, care supervisor, and recruitment manager. She is deeply passionate about ensuring the highest standard of care and support for the residents at Aspen Manor.
Claire is responsible for resident admissions and the liaison with families. She joined Aspen Manor in 2024 and has a background in HR, Corporate Relations and most recently Admissions in the Independent School sector. Claire lives locally with her family and was born in Oakham so brings a wealth of experience and local knowledge to her role at Aspen Manor. She very much looks forward to meeting potential new residents and their families, guiding them through the admissions process and welcoming them to our lovely home.
Rachel has been in care for many years. She began her career as a care assistant and worked her way up to the position of Unit Manager. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in many sectors of care, but her true passion lies in Dementia and End of Life care. She currently manages the dementia care unit as well as the residential top floor at Aspen Manor. Rachel has been with Alysia Caring for a number of years, having started at one of their homes in Peterborough before moving to Stamford, and then to Aspen Manor in Oakham.Rachel finds her role incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.
